What is the first step in starting an interior project?
We begin with a 45-minute spatial discovery session to understand your architectural requirements, lifestyle patterns, material preferences, and budget parameters. Following this, we provide a structured concept deck and clear scope proposal.
What are your typical timelines for residential and commercial spaces?
Residential projects typically range between 3 to 6 months depending on scale, custom millwork, and permit processes. Commercial hospitality and workplace interiors average 2 to 4 months. We commit to locked milestones before contract signing.
Do you handle contractor supervision and custom furniture procurement?
Yes. We offer turnkey execution covering technical construction documentation, contractor tender management, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) procurement from curated artisans, and weekly on-site quality assurance.
Do you take on projects outside of Jakarta or abroad?
Yes. While our main design studio is in Jakarta, we have designed and delivered bespoke private residences and boutique hospitality projects across Bali, Singapore, and internationally with trusted local builder networks.
